  3. First, I'm going to tell a story about how North Korea went from being an intimate friend of Russia to being one of its greatest enemies. the story is short and simple. begins one summer when the President of Korea invited the president of Russia to make some trade pacts.
after making them they went for a walk near a river (imjin). As well as good weather the Korean president proposed to Viacheslav swim with him in the river, but he answered, "I don't know how to swim".

  4. Today, I will talk about some points in the country such as: climate and education.

CLIMATE: North Korea experiences a combination of continental climate and an oceanic climate, but most of the country experiences a continental climate. Winters brings a clear climate with snowstorms as a result of the north and Siberian winds. Summer tends to be the warmest and wettest of the year due to the monsoon winds of the south and southeast that carry the humid air of the Pacific Ocean. Approximately 60 percent of all precipitation appears from June to September. Spring and autumn are seasons of transition between summer and winter:-3 and -13 C (27 and 9 F) in January and 29 and 20 C (84 and 68 F) in August.

EDUCATION: there is a 100% literacy rate. Virtually all of the population received has primary and secondary education. The study of the natural sciences is especially much while the social sciences. The study of Russian and English has been made compulsory in the high schools since 1978. However, in terms of higher education percentage is much smaller, with a big difference between men and women: 14% of men and 7% of women with higher degrees.

  5. Here are other information points: language and location.

LANGUAGE: In North Korea, as in its Southern neighbor, the official language is Korean, although there are dialect differences in both Koreas. North Koreans refer to their own Pyongyang dialect as munhwa (cultivated language). Compared to South Korean dialects, especially the Seoul dialect or p'yojun', (standard language), this has been changing thanks to the use of words from different countries (particularly English). The words of Chinese, Manchu or Western origin have been removed from the munhwa along with the use of Chinese Hanja characters. Written language uses only the phonetic alphabet chos-n'g.l, developed under Sejong the Great (1418-1450).

LOCATION: North Korea is located in the northern half, starting on the 38th parallel of the Korean Peninsula. It borders two seas, to the west by the Yellow Sea and the Bay of Korea, and to the east by the Sea of Japan. Its terrain presents numerous mountains, separated by deep valleys. On the west coast the plains predominate. The highest point of the country is Mount Paektu, at 2744 meters above sea level, the most important rivers of the country are the Tumen and the Yalu, which form the natural border with the People's Republic of China.

  6. We've talked about their characteristics. But what is North Korea in specific?

The Democratic People's Republic of Korea commonly called North Korea is an East Asian country. Its capital is the city of Pyonyang. The peninsula was ruled by the Korean Empire until it was conquered and colonized by Japan after the Russo-Japanese War of 1905. In 1945, just after World War II, the peninsula was divided into two zones, the Soviet-occupied north and the southern part occupied by the United States. In 1948, North Korea refused to participate in the United Nations-peace elections, eventually creating two independent governments in each of the occupied areas. Currently ruled by his supreme boss Kim Jong-Un
